Saturday, December 22, 2012 - General Manager Alex Porteous has welcomed Executive Chef Dave Minten and Director of Food and Beverage Brice Delclos to the team, to begin a new chapter in the story of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. With classical training and experience in Asian and Indian Ocean resorts, Chef Dave has both the experience and the skills to take the culinary offering at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles to the next level. After training in his native Netherlands, he travelled to Malaysia and then Maldives before making the move to Seychelles, his first Four Seasons property. His philosophy is one of creativity, great leadership and passion for cooking: “Always cook with your heart and use love in your dishes and then the result will always be great.”
