Friday, December 21, 2012 - With over two feet of new snow falling in the past week, Breckenridge Ski Resortcontinues to open more terrain in time for the holiday season. Breck opened Peak 7 to the public, with over 120 skiable acres. The ski resort now has over 800 acres open to skiers and riders across Peaks 7, 8, and 9. In addition to Peak 7, Breck also opened the Freeway Terrain Park and the resort’s 22-foot SuperPipe to the public for the first time this season, giving guests the chance to ride the exact same features that starred in last weekend’s Dew Tour Mountain Championships.
