The Ministry for Tourism and the Malta Tourism Authority would like to inform the public that the opening night of the Malta International Fireworks Festival (MIFF) is still taking place as scheduled this evening in Marsaxlokk.The first night of the pyro-musical competitive programme starts at 21.00hrs with a display by Focs d’Artifici Europla from Spain, followed by Malta’s own Mount Carmel Fireworks Factory from Zurrieq. The evening will come to a close with a display starting at around 22.00hrs by Lieto Fireworks from Italy.
