Destination Germany performing positively compared to other travel destinations

Germany lies in second place only behind Spain for European travellers as a destination and visitors from the UK and Ireland are a highly important source market.  Music, arts, history and culture, for example, are just some of the reasons quoted as to why people choose Germany, plus city breaks, business travel, food and drink, the countryside… but value for money, infrastructure and the range and quality of services offered also add to Germany’s appeal.
