India and Philippines reported the largest expected room growths in September 2012

Tuesday, October 16, 2012 - The Asia/Pacific hotel development pipeline comprises 1,671 hotels totalling 377,397 rooms, according to the September 2012 STR Global Construction Pipeline Report. The total active pipeline data includes projects in the In Construction, Final Planning and Planning stages but does not include projects in the Pre-Planning stage.
