The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) has sent a letter to the Czech Foreign Ministry, the Czech consulate in the Russian Federation and Rosturizm for the reason that the diplomatic office of this country had taken unprecedented measures to a number of Russian tour operators. Over the last month seven tour operators have been denied accreditation from 1st of June, 2012 without explanation.
