Agencies are also abusing familiarisation trips – pulling out of ‘fams’ at the last minute, sending the wrong staff or not making the most of them by using the experience to increase sales. It’s causing friction between the two parties. ATM 2013 gets the two parties together to battle out issues and to forge a path forward for better cooperation. The discussion will be held on May 9.
