Wikipedia is getting ready to launch its free web-based travel guide on January 15 for both travel destinations and travel topics written by volunteer authors. Another step towards helping internet users get all the information on their finger tips, Wikivoyage will cover different levels of geographic specificity, from continents to districts of a city.
