The hair-raising fest of riddled voodoo dolls is one of the main attractions in Ouidah, Benin. One can join the crowd of vacationers and watch devotees in animal skins chanting and dancing to drumbeats while sharing a glass or two of Gin with the locals. The highlight of the festival is of course pierced dolls, but at the same time don't fail to spot the horse race on the beach and witness the fascinating world of occult.
