The 3rd annual Cheongpyeong Ice Flower & Trout Festival is taking place until February 17th, 2013.Set in Cheongpyeong-gun in Gyeonggi-do Province, just 5 minutes from Cheongpyeong Station (Gyeongchun Line), the festival offers ice fishing, bare hand trout catching, and other fun winter outdoor activities like ice sledding and four-wheel motorcycle riding.
