The owners of Adolphus Tower are adding a new restaurant space to its 26-story tower at 1412 Main St. in downtown Dallas.The 2,600-square-foot space is being developed for Freshii, a healthy restaurant concept, which is making its first foray into the Dallas market.
The addition by the Adolphus Tower is part of a growing trend of downtown Dallas office buildings upping the properties' amenity base for tenants. Earlier this year, Cousins Properties announced various upgrades to its newly purchased 2100 Ross Ave. building.
The restaurant has locations in Los Angeles, New York, Toronto and abroad. Freshii uses more than 70 fresh ingredients and dressings in its menu.
